Fitness & Corrective Exercise Training
Personal training sessions using the successful three-step schematic approach I developed over 25 years of helping clients out of pain and injury and into great physical condition. Each session follows these steps:
1. CORRECT: First, I’ll correct any trunk/pelvis, postural or joint mechanic imbalances you have, to eliminate injury and pain and get more effective training out of your session.
2. STABILIZE: Next, we’ll uptrain your deep spinal stabilizers using my targeted core training protocol to make the body stable from the center axis outward, and make you bulletproof against degenerative issues.
3. TRAIN: The remainder of the session is spent on total-body training with challenging, fun, functional strength training exercises programmed to your level, and specific needs & fitness goals. You will love how strong you begin to look and feel.
