Corrective Exercise Sessions for Injury/Pain

My three-step schematic approach developed over 25 years of helping clients out of low back, hip, shoulder, knee pain:

1. CORRECT: I correct any trunk/pelvis, postural or joint mechanic imbalances that may be causing your pain.

2. STABILIZE: Next, we uptrain your deep spinal stabilizers using targeted core training.

3. TRAIN: The rest of the session is spent on corrective and functional strength training to condition you out of your pain patterns and back to fitness.

Functional Strength Training for Over 50

Coaching clients can opt in to regular one-on-one and 2-on-one functional strength training sessions with me. Everything from body weight exercises to weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, and drills. Build muscle and bone density, improve metabolic health, increase strength and mobility, while balancing muscles and posture.

Healthy Lifestyle Private Coaching 

Private coaching sessions where I help you uncover the changes and new choices in your lifestyle habits that will empower you to create the results you want.

Holistic Nutrition PrivateCoaching

  • 2-on-1 semi-private session rates:
