Corrective Exercise Sessions for Injury/Pain

I use my three-step schematic approach I developed over 25 years of helping clients out of pain—- low back/hip/shoulder/knee— and back into great shape.

1. CORRECT: I correct any trunk/pelvis, postural or joint mechanic imbalances that may be causing your pain to get more effective training out of your body and get you on the road to feeling better.

2. STABILIZE: Next, we uptrain your deep spinal stabilizers using targeted core training to keep your correct alignment and make your body stable and bulletproof against more pain or degeneration.

3. TRAIN: The rest of the session is spent on corrective and functional strength training to condition out of pain-causing patterns and back to fitness. Corrective exercise is the natural and permanent way out of chronic pain with no side-effects and only benefits.

Functional Strength Training Sessions

One-on-one and 2-on-1 personal training sessions focusing on challenging functional strength training exercises for your goals. Everything from body weight exercises to weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and drills to build muscle and bone density, improve metabolic health, increase strength and mobility, while balancing muscles and posture. You’ll become the fittest and most invincible version of yourself over 50, 60 and beyond.

Healthy Lifestyle Private Coaching 

Private coaching sessions where we unpack all the basics of your lifestyle: food, your physical activity, sleep habits and what could be overstimulating your nervous system to uncover what small changes will make the biggest impact on improving your health.
