Corrective Exercise Sessions for Pain
Sessions using the successful three-step schematic approach I developed over 25 years of helping clients out of all types of pain and injury—- low back/hip/shoulder/knee— and back into great physical condition. Each session follows these steps:
1. CORRECT: First, I’ll correct any trunk/pelvis, postural or joint mechanic imbalances that are causing your pain to get more effective training out of your body and get you on the road to feeling better.
2. STABILIZE: Next, we’ll uptrain your deep spinal stabilizers using my targeted core training protocol to make your body stable from the center outward, and make you bulletproof against your pain recurring or other degenerative issues.
3. TRAIN: The rest of the session is spent on additional corrective exercises thoroughly addressing your imbalances so you continue to train out of improper alignment patterns and get back to pain-free fitness. Corrective exercise is the natural and permanent way out of chronic pain with no side-effects and only benefits.

Functional Strength Training Sessions
One-on-one and 2-on-1 personal training sessions focusing on fun and challenging functional strength training exercises designed for your goals. Everything from body weight exercises to weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and drills to build muscle and increase strength, coordination and mobility while balancing your muscles and posture correctly. With my focus on form and what your body personally needs, you will become the fittest and most invincible version of yourself over 50, 60 and beyond.
